Complete Driver Education

• For students 14-1/2 to 18 years old

• 30 Hours of classroom instruction

• 6 hours of behind the wheel instruction with a North Carolina DMV certified driver education instructor.

6 Hours Behind the Wheel Training

• For students who have successfully completed the 30 classroom portion of a North Carolina approved driver education course.


American Motorists Academy School Car

Advanced Behind the Wheel Training

• For adults or teens with their learners permit.

• 2 hour sessions of behind the wheel instruction with a North Carolina certified driver education instructor.

• 2 Hours of classroom and Behind the Wheel training for drivers with a NC License or Permit
